If you like, we can guide you by phone for your first visit. Decide who you’d like to help with your yearbook, show them how it works and invite them to do a test-run. Learn from tips posted on our blog or contact us with any questions.

You can continue to work on your yearbook, keeping the pages you’ve already created in your trial account. To book in your production dates and to turn your trial account into an official account, pay your deposit ($300 for small orders (less than 300 copies) and $1000 for larger orders, which comes off the total price of your yearbooks).

As soon as your yearbook is complete, you can generate a low resolution PDF proof. This allows you to check the contents one last time, and to finalise your proofreading, before submission. You can still access the application for corrections if necessary.

Fill out the Production Info sheet with the final number of books you require and how you would like your yearbook finished (eg. cover and binding type) and download your invoice.

During your final approval, a high resolution PDF is generated and transmitted to our team for verification and optimization, before sending to production. Your yearbooks are then printed, laminated and bound according to your specifications.

Your beautiful yearbooks are then sent to your door to be distributed and celebrated.
