When using Fusion Books, your data is processed online and stored on external servers; powerful, constantly maintained, enhanced and protected. Your data is managed and stored safely in what is commonly called the Cloud.
This allows you:
- To avoid software installation
- To save space on your hard drive
- Take advantage of better performance without having to change hardware
- Collaborate with other people on your yearbook
What data will go where?
On the application of Fusion Books, you will be asked to enter data:
- For the creation and implementation of the yearbook (photos, texts)
- For the daily contact with our team (contact information, information related to production)
This data will be kept strictly confidential and protected by us.
The hosting provider we have chosen: Amazon
We chose to host our web application and all data will be linked to the servers of Amazon for several reasons:
- Amazon is one of the best performers of the Cloud and in particular in the online edition (worldwide).
- Amazon is a company that meets the International Safe Harbor Privacy Principles, a directive for the protection of personal data set up.
